Survey Federation from daily email pop up ad - why is FC advertising this??

Today after doing my daily email the ad I got was for 'Survey Federation' and it claimed you could earn $25-$125 AN HOUR. Such a claim is an instant warning sign, but I decided to look it up. I did a search for Survey Federation and everything I found was negative, except for quotes directly from their site, and only their site spoke of themselfs postively.

Furthmore, there is no Terms of Service or FAQ link, only a Private Policy link that I glanced through. It straight up tells you that by submiting your peronal info, they have the right to do whatever they please with it, such as sell it to third party marketers including e-mail marketers  telemarketers and even SMS text-based marketers. It also states: "SureyFederation.com reserves the right to share, rent, sell distribute and/or use the Cookie data and Browser Data for any and all lawful purposes" -
Basicly the whole Private Policy is just saying that by signing up they have the right to use any and all of your info for any "lawful" purposes (as in giving it away/selling it to anyone who will pay for it)
By contrast FCs Privacy says "During registration a user must give certain contact information, but we never sell or give away this information, except in the case that you select "Yes" to opt-in to an offer displayed on our site. It is gathered only to contact the user about services on our site for which he or she has expressed interest and shared only with your consent."

BIG difference.. FC only will give info to offers you choose too, wereas this other site will give it away to any and everyone, without your say so.

I just wonderer why FC would advertise a site like this, that to me clearly seems to want to make money off selling your info to advertisers, and everything I saw in my search results were claiming scam some saying they also require you to pay something up front.

At any rate, I hope noone gets suckered into this, as Im sure it will cause headaches.

Thanks! I just didnt like the thought that some FC members might see it and say "well Ill give it a try" and type in thier info and then realize its a headache after its all ready too late and their info is given out to who knows who.

I guess you cant research in detail every advertiser - I can understand that, but seeing you listen and react to something like this is assuring.. just another reason FC is above and beyond other sites!
