Shake, shake, shake

If you thought this post was about danceing sorry to disappoint ya.  But what I am curious about is what is your favorite milk shake?  I know mine is a choclate shake over the vanilla or strawberry or any other exotic kind.

I love chocolate shakes.  I am glad it is not about dancing because I  can't dance for life of me, LOL.

      I thought you were talking about the new "Shake dumbbells", as seen in Walmart stores. I bought two because they are awesome and they bounce back and forth. But I see you are talking about other ways to loose weight. I love shakes and smoothies. My favorite flavor is "Chocolate".
