How music affects your everyday life

I watached Lionel Ritchie tribute tonight and it reminded me of all the wonderful songs he wrote.  It was great listening to all that old music again.

Music was always a happy thing for me, but lately it's hard to listen to....never fails all the songs come on that remind me of the soon to be ex. Hope I find it enjoyable again at some point.

  Well, now I listen primarily to christian rock/alternative music so it fosters spirituality and it calms me and reminds me that I have someone to depend upon and trust.  Most of this type of music contains actual scripture or references scripture so it reminds me of God's promises to take care of me and to lead and guide my steps in life and that comforts me especially if my life is in a period of chaos or difficulty.

It affects me in every aspect of my life, its a continuing education for life. Everlasting enjoyment, comfort, love, I could go on and on. Right now, I am learning the cello, and its amazing. I have played many other instruments in my life so far and naturally this was the next step;)

  music is very important to me spiritually especially.  When I am stressed and it seems like that is daily, I listen to a christian rock station and it makes me feel better and reminds me I have God/Jesus looking out for me.  When I am happy, I listen to the same station and sing along to the songs and it makes me happy for the same reason it relieves stress   .

  When I am stressed I listen to a christian rock station and it reminds me that God/Jesus is taking care of me and has given me promises I can stand on and that I should not be stressed or worried.  When I am happy and calm I listen to the same station and sing along to the music and it even further lifts my spirits. Music is a big part of my spiritual life and I really need and appreciate that we have a cool station that pla :peace:ys the kind of music I enjoy.

  I enjoy music anytime. Espically when I am driving!!! I must have music of any kind. I will sing along to almost anything, windows down I don't care who hears me.

Music is a very big part of my life. I don't see how life can be normal without music. I enjoy spiritual and classical music.
