Yeah, I heard about that on the radio this morning.  The jokers in the white have said that they won't gas at $8 a gallon everywhere in the US.  I think that is enough reason to decide who to vote for.

Yikes. I don't like having to pay what ours is: 3.84. 7 would really suck.

Yeah  they want gas the same as in Europe. However in Europe they do have cars that get over 60 miles a gallon. Yes I new a French Couple here on tour. They had some type of small car, and stick, and got 60 miles to the gallon, but he said gas there was running around 6.00 or 8.00 a gallon. I wonder what it is today

I guess it costs alot to get it to the Island, I suppose it is that high at Martha's Vinyard, along with Nantucket Island. I went to Nantucket Island in 2002 and it was $5.00 there then, I can imagine what it is now. You didn't dare bring your car on the ferry, although some people did and it cost $240 just to get your car there round trip. My family had a reunion there in 2002 and my cousin brought his car, I thought he was an Idiot, you could take a bus anywhere on the island or rent a moped/scooter for the week for what he paid to ferry his car over.

Gas prices have taken a breather from their steady climb since January of this year. While gas prices may yet move a bit higher in coming weeks.
