First choice to BBQ is steak, then hamburger, then ShishKabobs, either beef or chicken., then brats.

If favorite means what I have most often, it's Chicken Gizzards marinated in butter, salt, pepper, garlic and Texas Pete Hot Sauce. Best flavor is Baby Back Ribs smothered in Maurice's Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce.

Chicken wings are my favorite food to BBQ.  My favorite BBQ sauce is tangy, but not sweet.  It's a simple as ketchup with just the right amount of soy sauce added...

I would say for myself, it would probably have to be bbq chicken.  My wife usually cooks the chicken in a pan of water before she places them on the grill so that we eliminate any possible chance of not thoroughly cooking the chicken to prevent sickness, etc.  And of course, steak is always good bbq'd.

I would have to agree steak is delicious if seasoned correctly off the grill, my second favorite would be hot dogs.

Hey if it's meat or close enough to sneak by it tastes better off the grill I think.  We tend to throw hot dogs, hamburgers, briskets on as our favorites.

I don't know if I have a favorite as there are so many choices to choose from. I love a good seasoned hamburger, but I also like bratwurst, hot dogs, ribs, chicken, and homemade bbq sauce with a hint of sweetness to it. I'm definately a carnivore.

  I love any and all food cooked on the BBQ,but I would say that I like chicken cooked on the BBQ the best  :thumbsup:

I love chicken on the grill!!!  But last summer we started grilling out salmon on the grill!  I found a great tomato/garlic maranade that is wonderful.   My kids even eat it!
