The Verification process varies somewhat from country to country. In the US, a Verified member has either added and confirmed a bank account with PayPal or received approval for a PayPal Plus credit card.

If you've ever used your Paypal account before, then your e-mail and your account are verified. They take out (and put right back in) a few cents and you just tell them the exact amount on the site to get verified. It's required to do so before you do any transaction through them, but it's super easy.

And don't listen to the people suggesting you get a check instead! Paypal is a thousand times more convenient!
You do not know what you are talking about. That has nothing to do with getting verified.

I also started using paypal recently. Its verified account. This is the first time I will get money of FC in my paypal.
I have a question on paypal - If my paypal balance is $10 and I have to send money to someone which is $20. Then paypal will take the balance ($10) from my bank account and give.. Do they charge fees for this? if yes, what is the best way to avoid the fees?

No there isn't a fee for it. It is done like a direct withdraw or deposit. If your bank charges for those (most do not) there would be but not from paypal.

If you don't have a bank account you can try getting a reloadable prepaid debit card so you can use it for direct deposit on here. I personally prefer paypal since I'm getting money from multiple survey sites that way but to each their own. I think having to go to the bank to deposit a check is too much of a hassle

The purpose of getting a verified account at PAYPAL is that you are then able to use the account to make purchases. A verified PAYPAL account provides PAYPAL with a source of getting additional funds from you if you should make a purchase that costs more than your current account balance.  You can become verified by either providing a bank account or a credit card (not sure it has to be the PAYPAL credit card  which has a cost associated with it).

If you do not have/cannot afford a bank checking account, consider getting a savings account.  Usually a bank does not charge fees on saving accounts -- but be sure that the bank will accept direct (electronic) deposits and direct (electronic) withdrawals from the account before you go that route.

FC is not the only site that requires you to have a verified PAYPAL account in order to cash out to PAYPAL.  FC does give you the option of a check and/or direct deposit -- those options are not available on most other sites.
I have a Walmart Moneycard which works very well, You get your name on the card and can use it on PayPal. Use it a as Visa card to get your money.

1.You have to set up you're email account w/fc with your paypal account.
2.Cashing your check, you can take it to any bank, credit union, convent store to cash it but they'll charge you a fee.
3. i suggest you join a credit union instead of a bank. It's easy & with your monies in the credit union you'll earn more interest than it sitting in a regular money gouging bank. I started with $20 just to keep my account open. After joining FC & learning how to work the system. I'm proud to say that today, I have $400.00 in that credit union. This is from pennies to 400 bucks!Hope this helps you. Good luck!

I agree, use a prepaid card and add it to your PayPal account, that should complete the verification process.
PayPal usually makes the payment then collect the fund later so it's necessary for them and beneficial for you.
Have you experienced the benefits of having Paypal? Aside from withdrawing, try purchasing online.
