my in laws will be here in a little while so we will be busy showing them around town i can't wait to see them

  did you clean the house? Are they staying in your house or Hotel?

Some times I hate it when people call from out of town to visit , like the last minute  not much time to clean the house.

All our relatives live about a day and a half away, so we always have time to clean before. Plus my hubbies family isn't fun enough to do anything last minute. Some times I think it would be fun if they tried to do something spur of the moment. There is nothing wrong with planning but when his mom is retired she should be able to just get up and go. I hope you have lots of fun with their visit!
