Fc surveys are getting ridiculous

I appreciate the effort from fc but lately fc surveys have become almost too much trouble... It was nice when they first came in... Ud get one or two a day and thy adds up... Now over te past couple of weeks about every other survey you get an error page that says no instance or something you close out try to reopen it and it says I've already taken it. Then on the ones that send you to a sample opus survey 99% of the time they're not the survey described when you clicked on it it's a whole bother survey and who knows if you will qualify... That's why we did our profiles to be linked to surveys that we will likely qualify for... So when it takes you to a whole bother survey who knows if you will. Fc you need to step your game up! This site is suppose to be one of if not the best on the web!! Get your surveys worked out and fixed and get us some more offers in! Thanks

I have gotten some of messages myself, I mean I did one survey and I didn't qualify then tried to do the next and it when it opened it said I had already done it...so IDK

The last 2 or 3 FC Surveys that I  have been offered have done the exact same thing to me. I'm in the middle of trying to complete a survey and the next page doesn't load or doesn't exist at all.  It has become frustrating, but I just close the page and try qualifying for another survey. There is not much else that I can do, a glitch is a glitch and they suck.

I've dealt with all those frustrations and it's been a pain to get qualified even for a survey anymore much less to get credited once you do them.  I get on to do my daily clicks and every now and again I will try surveys as well but I try to just be happy with what I get because I don't have a choice.  Something is better than nothing right?

I've been having the same trouble recently.  Today I was actually able to finish a FC survey, but I haven't gotten credit for it.  Anyone else having that problem?

As FC admin has previously mentioned, errors in surveys are not within FC's purview.  Such errors can occur for a variety of reasons, none of which are the responsibility of FC to repair, (that would rest with the survey partners).

Then on the ones that send you to a sample opus survey 99% of the time they're not the survey described when you clicked on it it's a whole bother survey and who knows if you will qualify... That's why we did our profiles to be linked to surveys that we will likely qualify for... So when it takes you to a whole bother survey who knows if you will.

When someone's saved profile does not qualify them for a survey, sometimes an alternate survey is offered, (for which pre-qualification questions may be 'repeated' to determine whether one is qualified under the parameters of alternate survey offers). IOW, being prequalified for one survey does not prequalify the survey-taker for an alternate offering.

Again, these 'problems' rest with the survey partners and not FC, (who does not create or operate the surveys themselves).  Your 'demands' become irrelevant because they don't apply.  One may, however, submit a support ticket to request that FC advise their survey partners of technical problems with those surveys, (if no separate technical link is given within the survey itself).

I could be wrong but I think they are talking about the actual FC Surveys under the Daily's and/or the ones that come to our inbox as FC not MyThoughts/Samplicious etc.

They could have been referring to those, (and Admin can correct any misunderstanding regarding this), however, those appear to come from partnered sites and are listed as "FC surveys".  If they are generated by FC and can be adjusted for errors, that's another matter.

I usually finish them when it let's me, but i get the I go to FC Daily surveys and get one, click on it and many times it  tells me that I already qualified or have completed the survey.  It is frustating, then why offered on the first place, that happens very often but sometimes I get lucky and get to complete one and qualify for it.

It is not FC's total responsibility but it is still frustating.

Yes, me too. I completed one on Saturday and haven't received credit for it either. Usually receive credit right away.  

Update: I received credit for this survey today (Monday 3/26)! Yay!! Took a little more time than usual, but I got it.

Hi Cubboo, I am new to FC so I don't have any input for you. I am hoping to earn some money doing surveys and at this point I have noticed that they all ask the same questions. Perhaps I will need to go back and update my profile or at least review it. Hopefully the companies offering these surveys will read our posts and make them more meaningful. I thought by doing this I would be making a difference.

All those questions that seem like the same redundant questions are qualifying questions to see if you qualify for their survey based on your demographics (gender, age, race, income, etc.).

Also let's say you get one of the samplicious that's never send you to the right survey. Let's say it says television survey 10 minutes reward 1.00. Now you click on it and it takes you to an adult beverage survey that you've seen before offered reward for three dollars. Now your stuck takin a 40 min survey that's is suppose to be rewarded with 3.00 but now your only going to receive 1.00 ( that's if it actually loads up which a lot haven't been lately and you qualify which is a coin flip since it said you would likely qualify for the television survey but are now takin a beer survey) doesn't seem fair huh

Also let's say you get one of the samplicious that's never send you to the right survey.

If the survey-taker doesn't meet the demographic parameters of a survey, sometimes they'll be transferred to another prequalifying survey, (where the subject varies and the process starts anew).

Yeah, I agree.  Surveys are just a waste of time.
