What do you call it when everything goes wrong, and you are not surprised. In fact you begin to laugh as you realize nothing worked out like it was suppose to do. Like your appointment, your credit card, your ride, or your car. It is like today was not my day, but instead of crying you end up laughing. Yep

I can so agree with this sentiment.  I was shocked to be told on Monday that I am now unemployed.  Totally came from left field.  It's going to be okay, just really knocked me on my bottom for a few moments.  Makes me very grateful for my family and friends.  All my coworkers were also shocked/surprised.  And now that it's been a few days, I am beginning to agree that some things just happen for an unknown reason.  I have several opportunities that I might not have taken advantage of had I not lost this job.  And I'm getting married soon, so maybe it is a fabulous time for a change   Here's to be optimistic.
