What do you think of telemarkters?

Well I think everyone needs to make a buck, although they are pretty annoying sometimes. I probably wouldn't mind them as much if they had things to offer that I actually wanted.

Of course, that's kind of the point of telemarketers. If they actually HAD something you wanted, you probably wouldn't need some annoying guy to call you on the phone and blather on and on all day just to get you to buy it.

lol i like the another language , i think i am going to try that one.. i get phone calls all day long, i dont even pick up the phone if i dont recognize the phone #.....so annoying..

when i'm doing offers....
        i put in the telemarketers phone numbers!

i get calls all day so, when i need to put a number in somewhere on a sign-up form (never for any of my PTC sites, of course) i grab my phone and see who the lucky # is going to be!

I understand that Telemarketers have a thankless job to do, but why do they always call at he most inopportune time which is always.  I once worked as a Telemarketer and hated it-also hated trying to sell something to people who are P****ed off because you are interrutping their family time.

I try to have sympathy...nobody really wants to be at that job. Yes its annoying to be called all the time, but all you have to say is "No Thanks" and hang up; no need to verbally abuse the person!

I try to give them the benefit of the doubt.  I mean, this is what they do for a living, but don't call me during all hours of the night, there should be a 9-5 time limit on that kind of stuff.

I think telemarketers are regular people trying to make a living like the rest of us. It does get annoying when they repeat themselves after you have told them nicely you're not interested.

I do not like them bothering me. I just ask if they are going to give me a free phone or a free car. LOL If they say no then I just say I am not interested.
