Am I going to be credited or not?
« on: March 19, 2012, 02:43:07 am »
I only have one question.
Ever since I starte, probably like 2 months ago I've done offers and up to this day those offers have not been credited to my account, can I still spect to be approved for those offers or not? Not even Netflix has given me credit and is one of the first offers that I did. Please help, by telling me how much longer do I wait for that money to show up on my account.

I am wondering the same thing. I will never do the surveys again that I have to pay for I think that is a way to get us to buy the product. I am still upset with that situation. :(

I can't imagine the Netflix one not crediting you that is awful!  As far as the survey ones go I have the same issue every now and then, I get lucky and sometimes .. most often I don't .. it's kind of hit and miss .. I've also noticed that some of the offers I click the links are broken ..

I'm sorry to hear that!  It makes me thankful I haven't done any of those offers yet!  Have you contacted anyone with the site about it?

@ Celia, did you follow all of the requirements? That is being a new customer of Netflix? were there any other restrictions like keeping the account open a certain amount of time? If you feel that it should be investigated then open a support ticket. Under the area at the top of your earnings page is a support tab. Generally it will ask you if you have searched the FAQ's first, then click on the link to open a new support tab, write up your situation, and cut and paste if you have any proof you wish to submit, then submit it, and it will ask again if you have searched the FAQ's but go ahead and submit it and an admin or moderator will investigate it for you. Usually if an offer were not to credit to you then you would have been informed on your earnings list, or my an email, or both. You can also go to the area where it shows you all of the offers you have ever clicked upon and see if there is anything in the comments column to the right in terms of an update or status. Good luck.

yeah as above, some of the  offers require a very specific sequence of events for you to get credit. some them also will not credit until you have used the service for 1-2 months. again, as above, if you believe you have followed all of the steps correctly, you can submit a help request. Do remember that the answer may very well come back that you "you shouldn't sign up for an offer that you are not genuinely interested in using" or something of the like. To wit, you sign up and don't get credit oh well, because it means FC probably didn't get credit  either.

It seems like you have a problem. Have you been doing the paid to click and paid daily email? They should be showing up in your account. Have you been watching videos? Have none of them credited? If you have received no credit whatsoever for anything and you have a zero balance, you need to open a support ticket.  :dontknow:

But are you writing about surveys and other offers? How many have you taken? You say that none have credited, is that correct. You mention the Netflix offer. How many more did you sign up for without getting any credit? Which ones?  :dontknow:

I would open a ticket regarding The Netflix offer. In regards to the other offers that have not credited, I suggest that you be more specific and tell us which offers have not credited.

Ive only been doing this a couple days but about 60% of everything Ive done has not been credited even though everything says instant credit so I just count it as a loss. the only thing I had to pay for was the double day book club 4 books for .99 this has not been credited to my account and its been 2 days with shipping and handling it came out to almost 15 dollars and I was supposed to be credited I dont mind cuz I love to read and 4 books for that price is not bad so Im not really complaining but it would be nicer if I would have got that $5 then it would have only cost me like 10

Open a support ticket, and also maybe this helps..clear your cookies before you taking surveys. I heard sometimes it helps. Not hurt to try.

Yes I agree first clear your browser cookies and submit a ticket for all those offer that you haven't been paid for.
FusionCash has a record of all the offers you've done or attempted so it's not too late.

I'm so sorry things have not gone well for you. That's weird how nothing is being credited. Definitely do what some of the others have mentioned. Clear out everything and make sure you enable cookies. I forgot to do this starting out and was using Explorer and did not get credit for some things. I have not had any problems when I use Firefox though, no matter what PC I'm using. I don't know if any of that makes a difference or not. Hope you are able to get things straightened out.
