I think you're probably talking about a $9.00 survey that lead to an opportunity to join an online community...? This was a survey that wasn't offered to all FC members, it was offered only to certain people (in $1.00 to $3.00 FC surveys area) according to demographics, and profile surveys they filled out (found in that same area).
