Is the weekend promotion (non-sports) something that you automatically get credit for if you answer the topic?  Is there a time limit to post and limit to how many people can post?

Yes, as long as you click on the survey link and then make sure your answer is on the form, you will get credit. I think you have until the following weekend to submit for the weekend promotion. Basically, as long as you get your answer in before they give out the money for it, you should be good. There isn't a limit on how many people can do those unless the question says only the first so many people will get paid. I haven't seen one of those in a long time.
