There is one friend from high school that I reconnected with and another that I've known before kindergarten. Other than that, I don't talk to any other people I graduated with.

Yes i think that its important to keep in contact with old friends. some people has made an important impact in some asspects of my life in a certin time. they are the friends that know and understand you. but that doesnt mean there is no room to let new friends in. :peace:

I rather not keep in touch or talk to my friends from high school because it seems like they ditched me when we graduated. however, there are people from high school that I added on facebook but, they never bother to say hi or see whats new with me. I'm in the class of 2006 and we plan to have a 10 year reunion. guess what? I'm not gonna go to it.

Some of them yes. I've got a couple of really good friends I've known since I was around 6 years old another close friend I've had since 6th grade. I talk to her almost daily.

I have some highschool friends I still keep up with on Facebook, but we don't message each other that often. We started to drop off since highschool and the closeness is not the same anymore.

Rarely, as far as an actual conversation goes anyway. Might exchange a few comments with former schoolmates via social media, but that's it. I think I converse with people I don't actually know personally more often on social media than people I once knew personally. Weird huh?

No  :sad1: I remember as we were getting closer and closer to graduation we promised each other we would stay in contact.  Too many years went by and we all lost contact with each other.  I guess that happens to most people, but it is a shame. :'(

I have a few friends that I met in college that I still keep in regular contact with. We live thousands of miles apart but still get together every two years or so.  I went to a high school that was among the first to be integrated in the country which was a social experiment that failed at an astronomical level because the children were at such an advanced state of age that it was impossible to incorporate the different racial groups.  This created a war zone atmosphere andhad most of the kids completely trying to shut out any pre-college memories.
