i've got a few referals, but none stay interested and have never cashed out....give me some pointers on getting referals who actually get into this site

Like I said, I've not had any that cashed out, so I am not some spectacular veteran. However, I'm trying to help my people out by having a blog that I put tips on it, I have home made tutorial videos, etc. I'm trying to make sure that they know they have support to maximize their earnings. I hope it works!

That's great. Congrats! I have yet to get a referral. I keep saying I'm gonna work harder on trying to get some, but haven't really done much yet, as far as blogging and all that goes. But now I think I'm finally gonna start working on it. I've told other people about it, like friends and family and emailed them my referral link, but no one has gave it a try yet. But hopefully if I put a little more effort into it, I will be able to get some soon.

After I posted on my blog, I posted the link to the blog on twitter and FB. I got immediate results, especially after posting on twitter.
