Every once in a while when I click on the 15 cent link, the grocery ad doesn't pop up and it won't credit. If you go in and redo it-it always credits the second time around. Other than that-I never have a problem with it crediting.

I had this problem once or twice. Here are my suggestions:

Some of the links won't work properly (i.e. site links like Survey, Dunkin Donuts) so if you click on a link and all you get is a blank screen then scroll down to see if the ticker was updated. By ticker I mean the area area that shows how many pages you visited. If it doesn't update then continue to click on other links/sites until you get at least 4 pages visited.

The other issue is once you've gotten 4 pages visited and you've left the timer count down to zero, click on the link for the Coupon Center. IMPORTANT: you must make sure the coupon center page appears and loads. If not, and you go through all the other steps then you will NOT be credited. I've had this problem before.

These are the main hurdles I've encountered. But if you follow them then you really should be getting the 15 cents credit. Just as an FYI I contacted Support about this before when I wasn't credited. They apologized but said they couldn't do anything about it (i.e. they didn't give me credit).

Depends on which computer I'm using.  If I'm on a comp w/ Windows XP, then i'll use IE. If I use Firefox, then it goes too slow and starts to freeze. For Windows 7, I'll use Firefox (which I prefer)...no problems.  Seems to work that way.
