I like them all! I think they each have their own personality, which is what makes watching them all so fun. Barry has such a cool way about himself. And I love the jokes he tosses in every once in a while (he can say things with such a dead-pan face that just cracks me up! ) Daryl is always looking for that "wow factor" so he tends to go after lockers that at first don't seem like much, but Daryl seems to get who the person is and can find those lost treasures. Brandi is always great eye-candy! But aside from that, I too enjoy the relationship dynamics that Jarrod and Brandi have with each other. Brandi is pretty sharp and usually has a good eye for the value of the lockers, while Jarrod tends to be more aggressive and understands the dynamics of the auction better, which is sometimes necessary when trying to bid against Daryl or Dave. And speaking of Dave, I too enjoy watching him, even with his "Yup!" and his seemingly mean-spirited way of bidding people up. I guess I can understand his rationale for bidding people up... Everyone can only bid using the cash they have on hand. So if there is a locker that you are not really interested in yet someone else seems to be, the tactic is to bid that person up so that when the next locker comes along that may have more of what you're interested in, that person will have less money with which to bid and so you are more likely to get it at a better price. I know it sounds mean, but I also can appreciate the business strategy behind it, esp. if the person you are bidding up is a big competitor for you in getting the best deal on the lockers.
The Texas version is good too, but like CSI, I enjoy the original better. Tho I'm thinking I may be biased because I've been watching the original longer and so truely understand the different personalities better. The Texas one I'm still trying to feel my way around, so to speak, trying to get into how each person differs and the dynamics that result because of it.
