what do you do to relax

I love to go to choir pratice and bell pratice.  It really relaxes me singing praises to my lord.

I typically go on a 4-5 mile hike somewhere I can find no distractions....does me alot of good

Take a nap while listening to the radio.

Read, play music, watch a movie, or take a walk. Bubble bath never hurts either. And I switch to candlelight sometimes just cause it's soothing.

Accupuncture is one way for me, also I love to watch a good movie curled up with my puppies, or listening to good music that is relaxing such as Norah Jones, Michael Buble.  I also enjoy sitting out looking over the river high above with beautiful scenery in the background.

I watch a movie or television, take a nice walk, have a nice dinner out, read, play a game on my console system, lay out in the sun...  Basically anything that can get my mind off work.
