House for us, and houses for our grown children.  Give some cash to sisters, brothers and nieces and nephews.  Pay off vehicle, invest in some equipment to make even more money and invest the rest.

I think I'd get all of mt bills caught up first and then see what the current needs are in my family group. Eventually I would probably have a house built but not a mansion lol

I honesty dont know !!! Probably give a lot to my mom to pay off the house, and keep in bank for when i want to move out.

I, too, would pay off a house, bills, and help family members. Also, getting my retirement in shape would be the next priority and starting my own business. One in which I'm doing the things I have a passion for. The business choice would be something that would sustain me into retirement. Work is never work if you're doing something you really enjoy.  It's really pretty basic and I'm sure encapsulates the dream of many people.  Good subject!  Also nice to dream a little.

Donate to the church, fix up the house i have, fix up  my dads and then put the rest in the bank. Oh yeah change my phone number. who knows how many strange relitates would be call for a loan.

Probably the first thing I would do is pay off my mtg and put enough in the bank to cover my bills
for the next 6 months.

I then would start to research how to grow my remaining principal to create an income for myself
by using the principal but still keeping it.

I would buy a house as well.  I never wanted my kids to be raised in an apartment, but life didn't go in the direction I expected, and that is where we are at, with the means to buy a home far out of our reach at this time.

Pay off all of our debts first.  (That includes family and friends who have graciously helped us out).  Help out close family  (parents, kids).  The set up a family trust fund, with any left overs....  A million dollars just ain't what it use to be especially after taxes!  LOL
