WoW is #1, but I don't play because I cannot afford to be addicted.  Besides 2 months on it, and there goes one months pay on here.

I've been playing WoW since it came out (4 years now?). It is addictive. I left for a while to play DAoC (Dark Age of Camelot). I wanted to try out Warhammer Online (creators of DAoC), but thought I was already in over my head with WoW. LOL

Who hasn't heard of World of Warcraft?   

I like WoW and Lord of the Rings Online (LotRO), but I'm not currently playing either. I miss them, but like someone else said, I can't afford to be drawn into that addiction again just yet.

Mine wasn't on the list but my favorite offline role playing game is Dragon Quest 8 for the playstation 2. I can easily spend hours and hours playing it and never get bored with it.

A Lord of the Rings online private server would be alot of fun, but I doubt i'd play it. I can't afford to waste my life away again on MMORPG's. I also used to play a game called Knight Online, one of the most addictive F2P MMORP games ever.

WoW is dang addictive. My husband used to play it ALL the time, I think he would forget to eat if I wasn't there to nag him LOL!!
