No.  I only had one grandmother and I just called her grandma.

All my grandparents were grandma or grandpa. Now I am called Grammie--and I love it.

mine was granny,papa and for my other grandmother it was bibby(olivia was her name),her sister my aunt we called bubba(her name was elizabeth)
my granddaughters call us nanny and papa,their other grandparents are nana and grandpa
