Okay...so I signed a 2 year contract with my internet service provider and recently I've had problems connecting.  I use a router and I have an antenna in my window.  I've been on the phone with tech support on 3 separate occasions and they keep telling me that it looks like I'm connected...from their end.  They've given me 2 ticket reference numbers and no one has called to tell me what's happening.

A couple of days ago someone knocked on my door and because I didn't know they were coming I missed them.  At that time the guy temporarily deactivated my antenna so I'm now using a computer at the public library.

Why would I pay for something I can't use?  I'm usually a very cheerful individual but right now...I'm ready to cry.

Would appreciate your suggestions.  Thanks!
Have a great day!

Never mind.  An IT guy came by and fixed my internet problems.  They changed something on the tower which is why I couldn't connect.  So glad to have a happy ending.
Have a great day!
