It's up to you.  As long as you cash out in under 180 days, (for the earliest completed offers & bonuses), you can let it build or take the money and run.  I bet you could use a few bucks now so, cash out by February 29th and collect your due.
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

If it were me, I'd cash out by February 29th so I had my money by the 20th of next month.  I've always believed if you have met the requirements to cashout, you should, whether it is $25 or $100.  There really is no benefit to letting the money just sit in the account and build up.  It's not like you are making any interest on it sitting there.  I also wouldn't want to take the chance of something happening where for some unforeseen reason I couldn't get on here for months and then had credits expiring.  But, maybe the best reason of all to cashout when you can is being able to get an extra $1.00 for posting your payment proof.  Why cashout only a few times a year to get "big" cashouts when you could maybe do it each month and earn up to an extra FREE $12.00?

I would cashout at month end.  You never know when u have emergency and you will need that money and it is sitting there and you cant get it til the 20th of following month.

I would cash out by the end of the month.  I don't see the point of just letting it sit there.  I try to cash out each month.  Congratulations on making so much this month.  That's great!

I would cash out at the end of the month, you are not making interest or anything on it.  Congratulations on making so much in one month, do you qualify for all the surveys or what?  I am working really hard to make 75 cents to a dollar a day, can never seem to qualify for surveys.  Anyway, good workl!

I would cash out now but that is my personal preference. As long as it is with FusionCash you can't make interest on it or invest the money.
