Why did you join?

I am just cursious why people joined.  I am new and a stay at home mom looking for a way to make a little extra money for the family.  I see it as a way to help pay some of the smaller bills we have in the family along with just to have some extra spending money for the family. 

For those of you who have been on here awhile, have you made the money you thought?

I am a new mother, my babe is 3 months old. After maternity leave we were strapped for cash.. I need the extra $25 just to stay a float. Plus when we do well again, I can use all this money for fun money

Honestly, I started doing it to keep my busy at work... and earn a few bucks on the side.

50 bucks is 50 bucks!! That'll get you two tanks of gas now a days, and we can all use that!! I am a stay at home mother of two, so I figure that any little bit helps. Just got my Inbox Dollars check yesterday, and it definatly came at a time that I needed it most.

I joined FC because I was looking for a better GPT site than InBox Dollars.

And I've made the money I thought and much more.

I'm a stay at home mother caring for two children (one with special needs) and my husband is a full time student and part time self-employed. We just rejected renewing a contract with his only client because they wanted us to lower the hourly wage he was charging to less than what some company in India was offering.

He's currently has 'head hunters' lined up to get him working again... until then it is back to selling plasma to get by. (We do get monthly SSI checks for our son... but we were already receiving the max the law will allow them to pay out so it is not like they could give us more.)

So I started looking online for stuff I could do from home that was not a scam... couldn't find much until I wound up here.

I am $0.25 away from my first cashout. lol. It reached $25 quicker than I thought I would just using the Free/No CC section... though I wish they would get more offers in there. 4 of them won't credit and I understand there is nothing FC can do.

I joined because the extra money Is great. I help my mother with bills and things were really tight and then I joined and now things are better. The extra cash has gone towards gas,groceries and medicine. This Is the only site I am on almost everyday.

I also joined for the extra money, most sites are scams, but FC is great and I have been paid by them, just as they say. I love FC...

I just joined tonight. I lost one of my jobs in the past month & money is super tight. I have been reading some great money-saving & coupon blogs, & this site was listed as one of the best to join to make a few extra bucks each month! I am up for anything, so I thought I would give it a whirl. I have been doing sites like HarrisPoll & MyPoints for years
