Not Being Credited??
« on: February 16, 2012, 09:27:49 pm »
So has anyone else had problems lately or ever for not being credited for surveys or daily tasks they have done? I have been going through the forum and I have seen posts where people have been credited the wrong amount, either too much or too little. However, I have not seen anything where people have not been credited.

The biggest thing that I am not credited for is doing the flagging tasks. I will go through about 16 pages of flagging (I know we get paid for every 4 pages we go through). So essentially I will do it four times, and only will be credited once or twice. Has this ever happened to anyone? Am I under the misconception we get paid for every set of 4 pages, or is it something else???

The other question I have is general, I was finally qualified for a survey, and took it and got to the completion page. I got the thank you for doing the survey and said I would be credited. However, this was about 4 days ago, and my account still has not been credited for the survey that I took.

Any help on these topics would be awesome. Once again, thank you for your time in reading this and thank you ahead of time for any help.

There have been times for me when the surveys gave me a different amount. It was quickly fixed though. I also currently completed a survey and haven't received credit for it yet. I would suggest sending in a support ticket and have an admin help you out.

As for the flagged images task you get paid 4 cents every 8 pages you do. If you look at the completion bar doing 4 pages will take you to 80%, and then doing another 4 will reach you at 100% and you'll receive 4 cents (2 cents for each set of 4 pages). Some tasks are like this and require you to reach the 100% on the bar in order to get any kind of credit for the task.

Thanks for the information on the flagging pages, that was driving me crazy, and now I know what the percentage bar means. I think I will send in a support ticket, because I did another survey that took me around 35 minutes to complete, and I did not receive credit for that one either. Thanks for the help!!

Some stuff I did back on the 10th and also yesterday and never was credited but I never looked into it because i read on the part about being credited for offers that sometimes you just don't get credited and there is nothing they can do for you.  I guess after reading this I should look into it.  For myself it was the opinion square software I downloaded yesterday and haven't received credit and I also did a survey yesterday that I usually receive 1.00 for instantly or at least 15 mins later and I never received anything.

Now maybe I will look into it but how?  Do I just email the site?

Thanks.

It is easy to contact them to open a "Support Ticket". Go to the mainpage for Fusion Cash. You can get there by clicking on the "Back to FusionCash" in the upper right hand corner of this page. It will take you back to the main page and away from the Forum. There are the five tabs in the upper right hand corner: "Forum, Account, Offers, Support, Logout".

You are going to want to click on the "Support" tab of course! It will open a new page that gives you two options. The first option is to search the website for any answers that you are looking for. The second option is going to open a support ticket. I did that for my problem. If you still have not been credited, you will want to look into opening a support ticket.

This will open another page, you have to select what the support ticket is going to be for. You are going to want to select "No Credit for Offer Completion" from the drop down tab. AFTER YOU DO THIS... it will take you to a different page, make sure you read this over. It is all the offers you have done, both ones you credited for and ones you do not get credit for.  At the top it will say "PLEASE CLICK HERE TO READ THE CREDIT OFFER INFORMATION PAGE" (Except not in Caps). Go ahead and do that, it will give you information on how long it takes to credit your account, why you might not have been credited, etc.

After you do that, I just hit the back button twice, to get you to the page where it looks like composing an e-mail, where you right the subject and the problem. Then all you have do is submit it.

However, I do not know how long it takes on average to get a response from them. I submitted my problem on 2/18 and still haven't heard a response. I suppose you are just going to want to be patient and see what happens. Hopefully, this information helps you. Sorry it took me so long to respond to you, I have been so busy with work!!! Good luck with everything, and good luck with your earning.  ;D

I submitted a ticket and had a response within ~24 hours. I was really surprised by that. With some of the surveys there's nothing you can do. I wish we had a way to keep track of what has been reported as not paying out or not so we didn't get sucked in and waste our time with 'em.

If you aren't being credited for offers you believe you should have, take it up with support.

I still haven't heard back. I have been away from my computer for a little bit, and still have not heard anything back. And these were surveys I qualified for and actually completed to the end. Not ones that I attempted, but ones I actually completed. I submitted my ticket, but I am surprised that others heard back so promptly but I have not heard anything.

I was denied and this is on my account...MySurvey 2012-03-17 $2.50   Denied....bummed. My email said that is was due to possibly fraudulence or duplicate. I answer like I always do so the fraudulence part is crap. Not a happy camper. Oh well it is pretty much free money that is not garunteed. But 2.50 was 2 things off the dollar menu at McDonalds lol

With how many people are on fusion cash and the many different offers that are available for people to complete, I can understand there are going to be issues and there are going to be glitches. However, what I can not understand is that even after people have submitted tickets there have not be responses (like in my case) or some of these have been denied. That is definitely a bummer, but I guess the best option is to just keep on trying.
