What'd you do when you first got started?
« on: February 16, 2012, 11:00:10 am »
This is less a support question and just one of curiosity! What did you do when you started Fusion Cash, and how do you keep going! How did you start earning at first and how did your earning habits evolve over time, etc. I'm just getting started and hope to have a nice long relationship with FC, so it's nice to hear where people came from.

Watch all of the tutorial videos and start the paid to click and paid emails. Try some surveys and post forums. You also can do special task for cash. You will love FC. Download the new toolbar and start searching the internet to get paid for searches and use the paid to post more offten. :icon_rr: :angel11: :peace:

Spent hours in the forum reading, searching and learning.  It paid off.  I've cashed out 6 times so far.  ;)

I've been on different GPT (get paid to) sites so i was familiar on how to do the offers when i first started using Fusion Cash. The free offers were the first things i did, i eventually moved on to the daily clicks by exploring the site, i then learned about all the other bonuses and such from reading on the forum.

For anybody that's new to all this, i would definitely suggest reading the tutorials.

My referrer generously offered to walk me through all the ways to make money here, but after watching the tutorials and browsing the forum, I figured it all out by myself.  The tutorials are really good.  I started with the daily cash email, the paid to click, posting in the forum, watching videos, doing free offers, and along the way, I've added the Mini Promotions in the contests and promotion section of the forum, the toolbar, the daily tasks, and I've even posted my payment and gotten the "paying" score at the monthly flash game.  There are so many ways to earn money here. i've even gotten a referral!  You will love it here!

The first month that I was with Fusion Cash I did not do very much. This was my first work at home site and I did not know if it was legit. I slowly began to take free offers. When I saw that I was getting credited for them, I took more. I began to post in forum and learned how to get my $3 bonus.

I have been with FC over 2 years now. The site has evolved, changed and improved.

I now do the daily email and paid to click. I think those may have been added since I first joined or I did not discover them immediately. I continue to post in forum. I view videos, search, do the contest and take offers when new ones become available. I recently completed a survey.

I cash out every three months. I will be cashing out this month with my highest cashout, a little over $30.00.  That is because FC keeps adding opportunities to earn. I am very happy with the site and happy with my earnings.  ;D

I'm a newbie too! I probably started about 2 weeks ago and I've made just over $25 already! When I first started I was a bit lost as to what I was supposed to do so I just searched around on the site and I found there is SO much to do! What I did and suggest other newbies to do first and foremost is download the toolbar and sign up for the daily email so you can get your moneys worth EVERY DAY along with the daily "paid to click" section. This will get u a guarenteed 22 cents everyday in less then 5 minutes! That adds up pretty quick!
Then from there, watch all the available videos, do any offers that intrest u. I tend to stick to the ones without needing credit card info cause it makes me nervous putting that information on the web- however, if you find something u really want or thought about trying anyways, then it's probably an offer from a website ur familiar with so you should be good! For example, if I didn't already have netflix, I would have for sure did that offer! I did try the free credit score.com offer cause the commercials always made me curious! I got my $5 for a 1 week free trial and had no problem canceling once the trial was done!
Another thing I do daily is the human intelligence tasks! The more time-consuming ones have better pay outs but I've been sticking to the "flag images" which only gives 2 cents BUT I can do a lot really quickly so they add up super fast! I make a dollar a day doing it in my spare time while watching tv or movies. Or while I'm waiting for food to cook in the oven  :D

Good luck fellow newbies!

I wasn't asking what I should be doing - to clear that up - but what others did when they joined. But!

There are some great replies here. It's kind of fun to snoop on other peoples getting started process. I've had tons of luck with the daily surveys for a dollar and end up qualifying for at least one of them .55c to 1.00$ a day - sometimes more. That and the daily videos, pay to click (once I got that figured out, lulz) and flagging tasks I've racked up a respectable amount of money. Straight into my college fund, lol.

Michelle I agree with you on the task thing! Some of them are just way too time consuming and picky for me to bother with. But some are a lot easier and I don't mind the image flagging ones. There are tons of rules for it but if you think, "What do I want my 3-4 year old to see" then it's really easy to accomplish. I am a big fan of getting all that nonsense off sites where it isn't supposed to be! So, happy to help.

Bost, that sounds like a great relationship and system you have worked out for yourself! This is totally something you can do for years down the road, too - as long as FC is here. I'm trying to find new ways each day to minimize my time spent versus what I earn so manage a monthly payout, while still being able to do this when I go away to college to finish up my 4 year degree (out of state!).

Pstovall, my referrer was a random person from a website. Lol. (You are welcome, Ma'am!) After finding the forums it became a lot easier though.

I actually was on this site years ago and gave up (which now I wish I wouldn't of) but it just seemed at the time I was doing offers and surveys and not getting credited for anything I was doing so I got discouraged and quit doing any of it.  February 10th I decided to start back at it again and now I'm back at the cashing out point and still get frustrated from time to time when I spend 20 minutes trying to qualify for a survey to realize I don't qualify lol  Or recently not getting credited for a couple of offers, but it happens.  I have yet to read tutorials yet but I will take a look.  This time, 4 dollars of my earnings so far were from referrals.  My problem is trying to get people to trust this system and not having a ton of friends that are willing to spend time on the computer lol

Either way it's good to read through the messages on the forum when there are helpful hints here and there and it seems when we need an extra little bit of money it's the easiest time to NOT get discouraged anymore.  Because now I need it and it'll definitely help when I do cash out.  Right now I'm trying to build it up a little more though.   :icon_rr:

When I first started using FC I was not visiting regularly, but only on and off. Once I read some posts, then I got interested and now I have cashed out three times.

At first all I did was surveys and offers, then as I learned more about the site I started doing the daily emails, paid to click, and videos. I just recently started posting on the forum so I haven't received any money for that yet. Overall, I think FC is easy to use.

Yeah. My first few days were spent doing just the paid e-mail. I wish I had started the other stuff sooner. Now I have worked out a system and in about 2 days I've made the total below + the sign up. ~3$ isn't much but I'm chugging away toward my goal. Now that I know what to do it only takes me about half an hour to an hour every morning to do the dailies, tasks, and a survey or two. I never could get the Tutorial Videos to play for me, though. Everything else works fine.

I started slowly with the daily e-mails and videos at first. Couldn't figure out the daily Paid to Click for the first few weeks; then finally broke down and watched the FC instructional videos with Old Buddy demonstrating step-by-step how to use FC. If I could do it over, would DEFINITELY watch the videos first. It's tempting to skip the instructional videos and go for the quick start, but that's not the best move. Do the free offers, and also respond to the survey offers they send you via e-mail.
