I am not a fan of Garbanzo beans.  I also hate Lima beans.  But I guess they are ok in salads, but thats about all.  I think that I am pretty picky. :bootyshake:

What I do with chickpeas is way too simple. I just simply soak the garbanzo beans overnight and allow them to sprout for 2 days (rinse 2-3 times a day) before eating them. I like to eat them raw. Some people prefer to sprout them a little longer by 3-5 days for longer roots. You can toss them into your salad greens and eat them together. If you don’t like it raw you can cook them and they taste just as great without the enzymes.
