Also, my assertion about the "God-given right" was completely relevant to the topic of gay marriage.

If so, then my subsequent reply challenging that assumption was as relevant.

How does your Xtian concept fit it with gay marriage?

I don't have a xtian concept of it since I'm not xtian.

And how did I avoid your so-called "challenge"? I'm pretty sure I responded to you several times, hence our conversation existing right now.

While you did post replies, you didn't actually respond to the challenging of you 'god-given right' concept except for repeating it. That's alright too;
if your assertion lacks any basis except for 'faith', then it has no evidential basis.

Listen old-timer, maybe it's getting a little too late for you and you should call it quits for the night.

Now you're the one making assumptions, (specifically, regarding my age).  For all you know, I'm a 16 year old 'smart-*bleep*' ... or 22, 33, 44 ...

Rest up, take it easy, and come back when you actually have something meaninful to say okay?

Here's a hint in that same vein; when you're trying to be condescending, make sure you aren't looking up next time.

This is my usual way of writing which normally doesn't require a dictionary since I speak and write English, not slangy text-speak.  Further, I have no juvenile interest in being "super popular", (although I can't speak for any alleged cats attributed to my care).

Wow, more personal attacks from Falcon. To be expected. I could do this all night, but I actually might get off the compute to take a *bleep* every once in while, while Falcon will just do more "research" on the internet while wetting himself so he can have the last word. So where's your basis on why gays SHOULD be married? Are you even married yourself? Probably not, so I wouldn't expect you to understand the concept of marriage. And apparantly you think all religion is blind faith. So again I ask, what is it that makes gay marriage so right? What are you basing it on?

What's with your obession with popularity; are you in high school still, a drop-out or just immature?  Humorously enough, my friends just asked me what I'm doing online when we could be bs-ing in person.  I told them that I'm having a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent and they suggested that it sounded like kicking puppies.  Rant on, puppy.

Seriously, this sounds like something my 55-year uncle would say. Is that you Uncle John?? Why are you still here? If you could be BSing with your so-called friends, then please, do us all a favor and go. You took the fun out this anyway. Trying to be all technical and serious. Jesus Christ it's a friggin' post on a website. You act like you are in front of the podium at Democrat-Republican debates. And it was pretty fun and interesting til you came along. I was even joking around with Premar, and we disagree on the topic! But Premar didn't turn it into a pissing match to see who can come up with the better statistics. You are just full of  :bs:!

while Falcon will just do more "research" on the internet while wetting himself so he can have the last word.

Why is it that people who try dodging supporting their baseless opinions, (e.g., "a god-given right"), resort so often to ad hominem 'counterattacks' instead?  This is a rhetorical question but, feel free to play your "last word" game.

So where's your basis on why gays SHOULD be married?

I never claimed they should be, (although I did suggest civil union to "Abrupt").Why shouldn't they suffer as much as any other married couple?

Are you even married yourself? Probably not, so I wouldn't expect you to understand the concept of marriage.

You'd be incorrect; I had been married for 17 years, (to a person of the opposite sex), and understand at least that concept of marriage.

And apparantly you think all religion is blind faith.

Unless any proponent of religious beliefs can produce a shred of supporting evidence for them, they are based upon blind faith.

So again I ask, what is it that makes gay marriage so right? What are you basing it on?

My opinion on the subject is, if they want to have a 'civil union', why would they need to consult you or I?
