IMO, I think this has just been a bad year for colds.  I'm not sure if the weather has something to do with it or not but I've never had a year where I have had to buy so much cold medicines/kleenex/cough drops to function.  I've averaged about three colds every two months since last October...and it's not just me but my co-workers, and aquaintances also.  All the hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial cleaning products, hand-washing, taking extra vitamins & vitamin C--- just doesn't seem to help anything...everyone is still sick all winter long.

Clean and sanitize your home thoroughly to keep colds away.  Don't forget to clean his/her toys.

I have had a cold since Christmas.  You might want to get a humidifier for her bedroom. My humidifier is so helpful.  Also be sure that she stays hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids. Chicken soup helps too.  I hope she gets better soon.

ooh yes, i love the vapor rubs! there's an off brand at walmart
that is very inexpensive and i believe it's organic. it's a menthol
cream and it does everything vick's does. i don't have kids, but
i use it as soon as i feel signs of a cold! i haven't had one in a
few years  :notworthy:
