How do you make 'Referrals' appealing?

i've sent referrals before joining this site and it never came to anything for me. so how do you dress up a referral link active enough and make it earn cash for you? those i've sent referrals to never responed

i donnt just send info about it.give them examples of how u make money if you cann get them to forum that helps cause u can  get tips here show proof

        Use your Twitter account. If you do not have one, open a Twitter account. Then when you cash out your FusionCash account, click on Twitter. They will do the rest for you and people will start signing under your FusionCash account.
