Did I cashout too late?

I cashed out yesterday morning, thinking it would be processed by today. (Jan 20, 2012). 
I'm assuming I cashed out too late?  As my status is still pending, and when I click on the cashout information, it says I should receive payment by February 20th. 
So for future references, when should I have cashed out?

Yup, you missed Jan's payment.  There will be a pending and verification period.  Cashout before the end of the month to be eligible for payment around the 20th of the following month.  You can cancel your cashout request and keep earning until the end of Jan as long as you request the cashout before the 31st.  I usually place the request a day or two before the last day of the month just in case.  Or you can keep it as it is and start accruing again towards the minimum.  Keep FCing.

I know it is disappointing, but if you cancel the cash out and then reactivate it near the end of this month you will get an even bigger payment on the 20th of next month.

Sorry.  At least you know you will get paid though.  It will just take a little longer than you thought.  You can always cancel and keep adding to your total and then cashout in a few more days for a bigger check in February.

I am confused. What is the end of "the Cashout" month? Is it the 20th or the actual end of the month?
