Do you have suicidal thoughts?

I have thought about it. (who hasn't) but could never go through with it. I love my family and God way too much to throw it all away.

I have had one or two thoughts about it but nothing too serious

I am manic depressive.  I have lived with it for the last 16 years.  I am unable to take medication because it makes it worse.  I have to wake up every morning and choose to not let it rule me and to go on with each day.  I am doing this without medication and find that most of the time I cope well.  In times of great stress it is harder for me to cope though.

Your an inspiration to me.  I am dealing witht he same thing,but i just found out through neuro testing that I have frontal lobe brain damage from a coma 4 years ago.  The meds did the same to me the firs ttime around, but I decieded to see if they will work for the second time around.  Good luck to you and stay strong!  I recently started a blog tracking my life and am opening up to everyone I know and the world to see if it helps me feel better.
