Hi all,

I submitted a support ticket for a referral I referred and then the link didn't work, now she's on here and I got no bonus :( who thinks I will actually be able to get linked to er acct?

If she shows as your referral and the link you pressed was one that requested that she/you be allowed communicate, then send a ticket to support and ask them to activate the communicates link.

If she does not show as your referral, then she did not join the site using your referral link.  You will not be able to communicate directly with her via FC. 

Do a Google search on her username to see if you can find her and contact her that way -- unless, of course, she is already a friend and you share email addies already.

This is an understatement. I love FC, but they need a real kick in the but when it comes to support. I have been waiting almost a month for a response.   :(

That's why this active Forum is so great.  There are so many people who are willing to answer most questions.

But there are just some things we can't do -- and for those we have to wait for support.  And yes, sometime it does take a long time.
