soap or gel

I have found that the bars of soap I buy last much longer than the soap gels that are sold.
There are no chemicals in soap,either.

That's not really true.  Most big brands contain ingredients like Triclosan, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Parabens, and synthetic scents/colors amongst other ingredients.  Of all the big commercial bar soap brands, Ivory is the closest to being natural/pure.

Soap all the way. I like the feel, it lasst lager and there is not any plastic to git rid of .

I use soap most of the time.  Like FC members have mention, soap seems to last longer.

my favorite soap is the orange colored bath soap. i get it from walgreens and i've loved the aroma of it ever since i was a kid. Dial cornered the market on it with its name. But generic brands make the exact same orange color quality aroma soap and at a lower price.

Gel is better, it costs more but gel is better

There are Chemicals in everything. In general, chemical substances are defined as a form a matter with consistent form and composition. All the food you eat, all products you use in cleaning, all your medicines, your own body, and even water either are or contain chemicals.

I use shower gel. I squeeze it onto a loofah and then I wash my body. Using your bare hands doesn't really clean that well, at least I don't think so.

I use dove bar soap although sometimes I get the body wash when my skin gets dried out. It seems like the body wash does a better job at mosturizing but for everyday use I go for the dove bar of soap.

I usually use bar soap but I switch to gel soap a few months a year just to shake things up.
