Roma Family (Gypsies)

Being and insurance adjuster at one time in my life, I ran into certain slip and fall claims in stores, especially grocery stores. Most of them of course at that time did not have security cameras. Also the gypsies, with children and women and some other minor distractions were able to bilk the insurance companies out of a lot of money?

 How,  well there was something called a nusiance claim, if you could settle it for $2,500 dollars the insurance company would pay, and the case was settled.   HUMMMM, well it would have cost the insurance company with all its lawyers, etc etc over $5,000.00 (minimum), to go to court, prosecute and win the case. But the Women and her children had no money, no income, and no way of collecting. But it was cheaper than going through all that to win and lose money at the same time.

Well, eventually the Roma (give me some lea way here), family, and it is expanse of gypsies, figured this out, so duh..... guess what.... the family became very active so to speak settling out of court.....  Meanwhile, guess what, insurance  (at least that is one real reason) for your rates going up.

Just thought you would like to know about some history.   OH, and yes, the (whatever they call themselves today) are still very active. So be carefull about certain things that are just to good to be true, like paving your drive way cheap, re-coating your roof, etc, especially if they give you a big discount for cash versus paying by check
