I was deducted $2.55 from my total earning therefore, I was below the amount need to cash in. There was not an explanation to why this had happened. Has anyone else experienced to problem?

The deducted monies were probably from offers done long ago.  There is a time limit on how long you can have money sitting in your account.

Otherwise you may have been disqualified from a completed offer or survey.

Check your account page and then review the FC rules.  If it still seems like something is wrong open a support ticket.

Good luck.

You will see 'Denied' on one or more of your offers or bonuses on your account page. How long have you been on the site? Have you cashed out yet or will this be the first time? As the previous poster suggested, you may have exceeded the 180-day limit on some of your offers or bonuses. Scroll down far enough and you should see the offers that FC denied.

The other possibility is that you cancelled an offer you had previously signed up for, violating the terms of the offer.

Personally, I have never experienced this problem. I make it a point to cash out every month. My advice is to continue to do the regular daily offers like the DCE, PTC, and videos until you hit the minimum requirement again, then cash out ASAP.  :peace:

A support ticket is better for individual issues like this - but I can say that you had credit revoked by the advertiser for one of your offers.  They do this when they determine that you signed up multiple times or used invalid information.  We sent you an email notification (subject "FusionCash Account Notification") on Jan 4th about this... it may have landed in your 'spam' box.
