Do you play the lottery?

I just play the Powerball occasionally. Now I hear the ticket price is going up to $2. It'd be nice to win sometime.

I do like to play the lotto. Not regular but powerball. I try to play every drawing but they are changing it up so I guess we will see what the new one is like.

I read a study that proved on average if you saved the $1 a week that you would use for the lottery on average you would have more at the end of a 50 year span than if you played the lottery.  Of course that is just factoring in the averages.  That is the draw of the lottery... the chance of beating the odds and getting rich.  In reality, it is a tax on the non-taxpaying class (I won't call them the poor).  They disproportionately play the lottery compared to the rest of society.  I like it for that at least.

Only scratchcards. I just scratched off two yesterday and lost. The most I've ever won was $25 and that was awhile ago.

I think the lottery is a waste of money. I think it's funny when someone tells me they won 50 bucks but it took hundreds to win it.lol

I play the lottery a lot but i guess it is not for me to win cause i have not won anything yet but that dont mean  that i wont ever win as long as i keep trying.

I play the lottery, but only when the pot is reasonably large (I would say 60 or higher). When I do participate I do this with my co-workers, so collectively we would have about $50 put into a game.

I played the lottery sometimes.  I am not a winner in these game.  Every time there is a big jackpot I played.
