I received my DCE today.  No problems.  You might want to check your spam/junk folder.  Sometimes it's there.

I got mine also. Could it be that you accidentally deleted it? Check your spam but also check trash if you haven't cleared trash yet.  if you don't get one tomorrow, I would open a support ticket.

Check your spam filter.  That's where mine was today even though it normally just goes to my inbox.

Yeah, today I couldn't find it until people on this forum suggested me to go to spam/junk mail box. I found the DCE in there today.
Very strange... first time having it in spam...

I find mine in the spam folder every once in awhile.  I shouldn't because I open every one that comes here but it happens 3-4 times a year

Thank you, she is really a cutie.  She's mostly Pembroke Welsh Corgi but 1/4 ShihTzu. 
I didn't think to look in spam and that's probably where the email was.  It came today just fine.

I checked my spam and sure enough my Sunday email was in there.  That hadn't happened to me before so didn't think to check there.  Thanks to all of you for suggesting it.

This problem seems to happen occasionally with Gmail.  Its triggered when someone goes through and "reports as spam" a whole bunch (10+) of old DCEs.  It seems to trigger 'spam box' delivery for the following day.

You can create a filter in Gmail, for any mail from support@fusioncash.net -- set it to deliver to inbox, and "never send to spam" -- and you'll always get the DCE.

I din't get mine on the 8th either.  But get it back on the 9th fine.  I think it lost somewhere.  but it's ok.

I think I missed out on one day as well a few days ago but i guess it happens. I try not to get too worried about it. I doesn't happen often
