E-Cigs Yay or Nay?

my mom has an e-cig and she uses it sometimes but my boyfriend wont use it he said that *bleep* dont have no tobacco so i am not smoking it lol. i quit smokeing its been probably 4 years now and i smoked it and i didnt get light headed or nothing and usually when someone says i dare u to take a hit on this cig and i do i get light headed and plus bars lately u cant smoke a real cig in them or in schools or any place u can smoke an e-cig anywhere so i say yay

I have never smoked but they seem less harmful than regular cigs.

The #1 health advantage of the E Cig is that you no longer fill your lungs with tar or carbon monoxide! You still get the nicotine that you crave but your lungs won't be damaged like with a regular cigarette. That sounds healthier to me.

I tried them and found them to be nice, the beginning kit is a bit much.

E-cigs are awesome! My cousin got me into them and his gadgets are sure better than the cigarette looking one. It lets you control the wattage and you can refill them as easy as smoking them! You can smoke your own flavors. I like smoking e-cigs just for fun. I don't smoke the nicotine or methol ones. I don't even smoke cigarettes so blah. I like to have mine as it's a mini hookah but without the ashes

you can smoke e-cigs any where... i know its bad for pregnant women to smoke cigs but what about e-cigs?

Yes. even E Cigs have nicotine. not smart for a pregnancy. sorry!

I quit smoking "cold Turkey". Breaking the hand to mouth habit is hard to get over. Try chewing the gum, at least you will begin to brake the hand to mouth habit.

E Cigs really help in breaking the oral fixation. Gum is a way to take your mind off the craving for nicotine but with the E Cig you still "puff". As you decrease the strength of your nicotine and start losing that craving it gets easier.
