I rotate them all, lol. Each has its own pro and con so I "balance" it all out by switching them up.  :)

I use Aleve and Tylenol, when and if I need them for pain in my knee.  I try not to take anything.

I use Aleve on a daily basis for my arthritis, nothing else otc seems to work and I don't want to take prescription drugs.

Most of them are ok in small doses but to take on a daily or everyother day is not a good thing for anyones health.  I have some medical condiations that I have taken all of them and they don't really work that well but at the sametime I have run into problems with each of them.  Advil is not good of the stomach, Aleve can also cause problems for the stomach and also the sodium is not good for you.  we all have heard the stories about tylenol.  So I think it is best to try and take none of them

All of them are bad when taken regularly, but I use Tylenol only occasionally.

I think I'm an OTC pain relief rotatee myself.  My Dr. told me to use Ibuprofrin...the guy even gave me a script...then after a couple of months of that, he said ... whoa why you taking so much of this stuff...switch to Tylenol.  Sheesh....ever since then I started rotating between the 3.

Ibuprofen works best for me. And Advil tastes like candy. Double win.

Oh my goodness.  Tastes like Candy?  I've never chewed any OTC pain relievers.  In fact, I can't remember doing that since my Mom would smash a children's aspirin on a spoon and mix it with water.  It reminded me of the pezz candies. Just a couple of weeks ago my youngest chewed tablets of penicillin.  I quivered every time she did it because my senses could taste the bitterness of it.  She decided after that drinking her medicine from the Dr is a lot easier than pills. Gotta give her credit for trying though.
