Is it possible to do the same offer more than once and still get credited (not the dailys)

No, once you complete an offer it will be removed from the list, except for the daily suryeys, tasks and clicks of course.

However, if you don't get credited for an offer you can clear your cookies, use a different email, and maybe try it again.
