How effect stress ,depression on face?

Stress does have a bad effect on my face. I will break out no matter how good of care I take cleaning it. I hate that I still have acne problems even though I am in my 20s. I thought it would stop by now.

Stress is definitely a factor when it comes to acne. After finals I've had a few breakouts

I have anxiety and when I am extra stressed I definitely get more acne.

I am almost 70 and my face is breaking out after helping my daughter and her family move to another state.  Aarrrgh!!!  So many things to think about.  And I have a cold sore on my mouth.  I haven't had one of those since I was in my 20s!!

I am also suffering with the same thing..acne is such a horrible thing which affect our face and leave into bad situation..no matter what we do to make our face look good but acne make it worse everyday.

I have a problem of breaking out when I'm stresed out. Finals were a recent example of this.
