My sister-in-law and I used to go to a free class every Wednesday (though with the holidays, we haven't been going).
Depending on your teacher, it can be incredibly fun!
I LOVE our teacher. She makes it  blast! I miss going!
You definitely work up a good sweat if you put effort in to it.

Never had any but would like to try, saw some on TV, it seems fun!!
