I've been busy and haven't visited the forum lately and signed in today to see a bunch of people bashing FusionCash. I personally LOVE FusionCash and don't understand what all the hate is about. Yes, some offers don't credit. Yes, sometimes you have to be careful about clicking on third party offers that will charge you money. But you have to understand the risks you take, as you should with any website. FusionCash is by far my favorite survey site. They offer plenty of ways to earn cash and it's relatively easy if you use common sense. I understand that not everyone likes the site, but why waste your time bitching about it here on the forums? I just don't understand.

I may be wrong but I think that if you look at the screen name of the member complaining, it is the same person.  That person has some kind of problem with Fusion Cash and it would probably be better if that member cancelled their involvement with Fusion Cash.  I suspect that if the member does not stop posting or does not cancel, the member might get banned by the administrator.   :dontknow:

Yep, just one guy that either doesn't know how to handle his FC account or is actually doing okay but just wanting to troll around and annoy people. I think it's probably the latter since he has so many points he's upset about.

As far as banning him, he's not really making too much of a disturbance as much as he's making himself look a little silly.

The user in question was banned from the forums, but not for criticizing FC.  After making all of the complaining posts they proceeded to spam the forum with the same post over and over again, in unrelated topics.  That's what earned the ban (and those spammy posts were removed).

As I've said before, FC is not perfect.  We do the best that we can in the business environment where we operate.  We always listen to feedback and have no problem with complaining on the forum... a lot of people do it.

Many people expect that "the customer is always right".  The thing is, FusionCash's customers are the advertisers, while members are third party contractors.  We have to balance the needs of advertisers and members and it's not always straightforward to do so (everything you earn is coming out of an advertiser's pocket one way or another).  Plus, we operate on very small margins because we offer aggressive payouts - which means that if we were to pay for offers that fail to credit out of pocket, we'd have to cut rewards on other parts of the program.

Lastly, although nobody's mentioned it in this thread, I'd like to address the idea that we're engaging in censorship.  FusionCash is a private corporation which provides these discussion forums, at a financial loss, for your use.  We have every right to decide what content we're willing to pay to host.  That's not censorship, it's just good business.  You DO have freedom of speech, but that means that you can go create your own forum and say whatever you want there.  It doesn't mean that we have to provide you with a free platform to express your views.

If someone doesn't like this site, they can move on to another one.  This is a great site to learn new things and ideas and to share with others.  It is very therapeutic and enjoyable.  I generally ignore (or block) those who seem to always have a negative attitude and those who search for opportunities to bash other's beliefs.
Have a wonderful day!

Kohler, I didn't know that you did that. I was just replying to bostonphil's comment about FC potentially removing that person. A ban for spamming is quite legit.

:wave:Thanks, Kohler--for the explanation and the action. I was about to stop visiting the forum if this had been allowed to continue.

No problem.  If someone's posts are bothering you, it just takes one click on the "Ignore" button below their name to have their posts hidden.

Thank you for all the good and valuable information and feedback. I  FC. It is not a perfect site but no site is. Furthermore, no business is. I work in the "real" world. My company is not perfect nor are our clients or "customers" also known as respondents.

I wish Fusion Cash a good and successful New Year.

Thanks for all of the information. I didn't realize that it was mostly one person and that I can ignore anyone like that in the future. Thanks!

In 4 months I have actually seen very few posts complaining about FC, probably less than 15 and considering that in the same time there have been 1000s of posts from people not complaining, I assume FC is doing a pretty good job... lol

You can find me hanging out on Google :)

Several thought-provoking points to keep in mind; thanks Admin.
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

There always will be complainers in "get paid to" sites. The number of complainers here in the forums is pretty low, which speaks to how well run this site is. But some people just never have anything good to say. Either they don't take the time to read to learn how to use a site, or they're just miserable people to begin with LOL! It's one of the reasons why I don't allow comments on my blog. I didn't like dealing with the spam, but also it seemed there were more people posting, "x program sucks!" than anything constructive.

This is a great website (the best of its kind), but I do understand the complaints.  When you spend 30 minutes taking a survey and then don't qualify or don't get credited for an offer (even though you get emails from the offer), it's incredibly frustrating.  Just trying to make FC better!
