I keep getting the windows phone video, just it tells me to open it in another page and then when i get to the public service announcement it tells me it is unavailable help?

I haven't had any videos available to me in the last couple of days -- but I tend to try to see them late in the day -- probably after they run out of credits.

The videos do have a limited number of credits (views) so it's possible that you just caught the ad at the end of it's cycle.

Try doing the videos early in the day.

I have noticed that the videos that require you to open another page do not credit in firefox.

No biggie ... I just switch to internet explorer to do the videos but do everything else in firefox.

sometimes i have that happen and i just refresh!! Most of the time that works for me!! If not i just try later but most of the time the refresh works for me i also use internet explorer for most of the FC stuff i do i have less problems with using IE than chrome or firefox!!

Mine have been working very well in Firefox. Maybe your version hasn't been updated to the latest version?
