I made up my mind! Actually I'm starting out slowly right now...I made a decision to get healthy in 2012. I have 100 pounds to lose and I'm starting the food lovers fat loss plan and doing some things on my own. I want to give you all my updates on a daily basis if thats ok. Anyone care to join me? I want to do this for the whole year because we could all stand to become more healthy and eat the right foods to avoid getting diabetes, heart disease and other sickness. Both my parents died of diabetes and heart disease and my sister died of heart disease and this was in the 2009/2010 timeframe! This is very personal to me.
