what time to you usally go to bed and wake up

I am a college stupid. I know not really an excuse, but I'm still using it as an excuse. But for me it depends. Somewhere around 2-4a is when I go to bed and around 10-1 in the noon when I get up.

I am a college student as well.  I go to bed most nights around 10-11 pm, and get up between 6:30-8:30 am, depending on my needs on a given day.

During the week, I try to go to bed by 9 or 10 and get up at 5:30am to get my daughter off to school.  On the weekends, I don't worry about any certain time.  Now that's she's out for Christmas break, I have 2 1/2 weeks to sleep in

I work nights (4p-4a), typically go to bed around 6a & wake up at noon .. man that sounds so weird :/

But I just got a new job working 4-midnight

So my sleeping schedule will probably change from 11:30 bedtime and 7:30 wake up
to
1:30 bedtime and 10:30 wakeup

I have insomnia also so i'm up untill i just finally pass out. I usually wake up all kinds of hours. It sucks really.

Lately I have been in bed by 10:30... If I am going to the gym in the morning, I am usually up before 5. If I have to go to work, usually by 7, sleeping in? Usually 8

On weekdays, my bed time ranges from 10 to 12 pm and I wake up at 8 or 8:30 am.
On weekends, my bed time is around 11pm and my wake up time ranges between 6 am to 10 am.

bed around 12 and up usually before 8 even on weekends, I can never sleep in unless I stay up all night of course
