Topic: To admin - I get this error message everytime I click on one of the FC surveys?!  (Read 2227 times)

Also, when this error comes up and I attempt to try it again, it then tells me that I've already participated in the survey for just clicking the link.  If that's how it is, then please fix this for me because I really want to get started ASAP!  Thanks! :)

I just got those messages too.  The error and then the one that says I've already done the survey. :BangHead: :BangHead:

Oh okay, so I'm not the only one here.  That's actually relieving to know, thanks. :)

Let's hope it's a quick fix....:)

This survey link should be working now.  I'm sorry for the troubles.

After looking through some of the posts below, people seem to be having all kinds of trouble with these surveys aside from this error message....:(
It's true we had a few hiccups, but I made an effort to correct mistakes, e.g. missing credit or incorrect reward.  People have banked a good amount of money on these surveys already.  As with all market research surveys, your experience is going to depend a lot on your demographics, and there's nothing we nor you can do about that.

I do love the new surveys there are great but when new ones come up and i click them they say that  I have already completed them why is that :angel11: :angel11:

I am having trouble with the surveys too.  Some hiccups are still occurring.  I totally understand about demographics and realize that will happen with qualifying for surveys. 


What is happening with me is that I get a link for the survey in my email and instead of taking me to the survey, it brings me to a sign up for Toluna or one of the other Survey Groups and a survey never follows.  I've also tried re-clicking the survey and I then get the message that I've already participated in that survey.  In another survey, got through the entire survey and then instead of getting a message that I completed it, I got a sign up again.

  It seems that there are still some hiccups, I keep seeing this offer in my list: Paid Surveys
Get $1.00
Household Consumer Product Survey (25mins)  but when I try to do it , it tells me that I have already done it and yet it still remains on my available list. Shouldn't it either be removed or moved over to my completed list? Thanks
