Without knowing your medical history it would be hard to advise you. Off hand I'd say soak in a tub.

soak in a bath .Ibphoren .if your into natural stuf go to the store and get soem arnica cream is not expensive and it helps joints and swelling.hot patchs also may help

I know wat you are talking about.  i live with pain everyday.and  all my doctor says is do stretches.   I wish i could find out wat is causing it.   left side of my head starts hurting and travels down my left arm all the to my hand.  sometimes it unbareable but i try to live with it.

I don't want to tell you to take any medication without knowing your medical history but Ice packs or heat packs would be advisable.
