What have you successfully sold online?

I have do well with trading cards, video games and even art. I would just like to know what any you here find easy to sell online. More specifically what have you found that has practically sold itself.

I've been considering selling trading cards, but haven't done so yet.  Do they generally sell quickly and for a decent price?  Where do you find it's best to sell them?

I sell magic the gathering cards on ebay. they go for better prices if you are selling at actual tournaments but you can still make money online if you know how to list them. Sports cards are pretty popular too but usually the high end ones sell.

I have not had any luck selling sports trading cards on ebay. I was told by a sports card dealer that only cards printed before 1980 are even slightly rare because after 1980 they started printing way too many. I have had whole unopened new boxes of cards after 1980 that would not sell for 99 cents for the whole box. I like to sell antique picture postcards printed before 1950. They sell themselves and they are easy to ship. Good luck and keep selling. :)

I have heard of the photographs selling really well too. Any photographer in particular in demand?

I have been selling a lot of things on line lately. Jewelry is my least favorite, due to the fact I know little about stone & whats coated or "heavily" plated & so on. Kids clothes are a "hot" commodity!

I used to sell used books on half.com but that was a few years ago.  The last time I tried I didn't even get a nibble.  I think the ereaders are taking over.  Of course I have to admit that's why I was selling mine cause I have a Kindle now. :dontknow: :dontknow:

I havent sold anything for awhile but I used to sell alot.  The most unexpected success was old doll clothing patterns. I had some original shirley temple doll patterns from the 30s that I sold for more then 30 dollars each.  I found them at a garage sale and have been looking for more ever since.
